We are looking for entry-level graduates/trainees/freshers to join our digital marketing team.

Designation: Digital Marketing Trainee; Jr Digital Marketing Executive (After completion of training)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing lead and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence for our clients
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Research new and creative growth strategies
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Minimum qualifications (strictly mandatory):

  • Any MBA or Engineering or Science degree (Completed)
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Basic understanding of online marketing – social media, search marketing etc

 

Designation: Web Development Trainee; Jr Web Developer (After completion of training)

Minimum qualifications (strictly mandatory):

  • BE or B Tech in one of (CSE, IT or any Electronics Stream) or BSc (Computer Science or IT)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript would be a plus

Remuneration: Stipend during training; As per industry standards after completion of training

We are currently looking for a talented UI Designer to create amazing user experiences.

The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Manager to define and implement innovative UI solutions in both desktop and mobile with appealing visuals and user experience
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Requirements:

  • 3+ years UI experience with a strong portfolio in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be an added advantage
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with extensive experience in the SEO & SEM functions. The responsibilities are as follows:

Management:

  • Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy
  • Communication to clients and management on strategy development, timelines and results
  • Manage training and development of the SEO team members
  • Keep self and the team in pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments

Functional areas:

  • Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
  • Develop, manage and execute communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with client goals
  • Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools)
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
  • Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources
